Close Date has been set

April 12, 2013. Six weeks from today.

The continuing saga of trying to sell our house.

We finally got approval from our bank for the short sale. It took from Dec. 6 til today. But, it's done.

Well, not really.

Buyer still needs to get loan approval, and we still need to have the house inspected under USDA RD parameters.

But, this is a major hurdle cleared.

    That's a pretty good sized hurdle to clear, so congratulations! I hope that it leads to a speedy resolution for the other steps, as well, and that you have some insurance that the buyer will be approved as well. Good luck!
